    What is Cox Technic, Flexion-Distraction

    Cox® Technic is a non-invasive, hands on, doctor-controlled spinal manipulation performed on patients lying a Cox® Table. The table permits the effective administration of Flexion-Distraction and decompression adjustment and manipulation. The goal of Cox® Technic is to help the spinal pain patient go from “pain” to “no pain” as quickly as possible.

    Flexion-distraction is a revolutionary technique which helps with many conditions that plague individuals on a daily basis. What Flexion-Distraction helps to accomplish is the following:

    1. Widens the spinal canal foramina area. This is accomplished by the pulling and bending of the spine specifically to where the nerves come out.
